Available lesson options, teaching calendars, and location choices appear in the scheduler when they are currently configured.

Start with the current pattern.
Bring the target, pressure point, practice gap, equipment question, or state change that keeps appearing.

Choose the right calendar.
Teaching locations are represented through the available scheduling calendars when they are open for booking.

Keep enough context nearby.
If a booking option asks for notes, include the clearest version of what you want help understanding.
